Backing up your computer. Sometimes customers receive their computer back from Apple, repaired, but blank, with all of their Data missing. Dropping off your computer with Mac Nurse before handing it off to Apple can help mitigate potential catastrophic loss of Data. Mac Nurse can help ensure that all of your data (Photos, Videos, Documents, Downloads, Music, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, etc) are properly backed up and saved to a cloud-based location or to an external Hard Drive before your computer “goes under the knife” at the Apple service facility.
