This information can generally be found by clicking on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen –> click on About This Mac. Look for the STORAGE information panel. Please round up or down. For instance, 512GB would be represented as 500GB

Memory / RAM

This information can generally be found by clicking on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your screen –> click on About This Mac. Look for the number next to MEMORY.

Password for your computer

Passwords are CasE seNsitiVe. Although you do not have to provide this information right now, in order for us to evaluate the computer you are looking to sell to us, we'll need the password to unlock it. This way, we can more easily evaluate it when it is dropped off with us in Stowe or Hardwick.

Apple® ID or iCloud ID or iTunes ID

All Apple IDs are in the form of an email address: example@example.com. Although you do not have to provide this information right now, in order for us to potentially purchase and erase and reset your computer, we'll need to ensure that your computer is completely signed out of all things Apple ID/iCloud. This can be easily addressed when it is dropped off with us in Stowe or Hardwick. In order to properly sign your computer out of your Apple ID, we may need to have enter in or provide your Apple ID password.
