 Screen-share Tech Support with Mac Nurse


Minimum System Requirements for Mac Nurse to be able to provide
Screen-share Tech Support for you and your Mac:

macOS 10.15 Catlina

macOS 11 Big Sur

macOS 12 Monterey

macOS 13 Ventura

If Mac Nurse has recently worked on your Mac, in the last year or two, there is likely a working version of Teamviewer already installed on your Mac. This can be found in your computer’s Applications folder. Initiating a Screen-share Tech Support session on computers Mac Nurse has an already established relationship with will generally take 1-2 minutes to open and begin a Tech Support session. A fast, reliable internet connection is required.

If you do not have Teamviewer installed on your Mac, you can download it HERE: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/mac-os/

Note: Thank you for understanding that for computers that Mac Nurse has not worked on recently, or computers that Mac Nurse does not have an already established relationship with, allowing security permissions and setting up Teamviewer for the first time could take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes (of billable time) depending on your level of technical prowess.

Unsupported OSs (as of Feb. 2023): macOS 10.6 Snow Leopard, macOS 10.7 Lion, macOS 10.8 Mountain Lion, macOS 10.9 Mavericks, macOS 10.10 Yosemite, macOS 10.11 El Capitan, macOS 10.12 Sierra, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, and macOS 10.14 Mojave.
